I called Crystal Clean for carpet cleaning because we have a new dog that has had a few accidents in the house. We’ve shampooed the carpets ourselves, but weren’t pleased with the results. Crystal and her assistant came out and did a FABULOUS job with the pet stains and the regular shampooing. They were also able to get out old acrylic paint that had been in the carpet for months! I absolutely 100% recommend this team for your carpet restoration needs.

I had my carpets shampooed, and my kitchen tile stripped and cleaned. These ladies work hard as though their cleaning their own home. I give them 100+ for a job well done.

Crystal does such an AMAZING JOB!!!! My tile floors and the grout haven’t been this clean since the floors were put in! Carpet looks brand new again and she even took an extra few minutes to clean some leather recliners downstairs that I had pet issues with. Five stars aren’t nearly enough to praise how pleased I am with her hard work and attention to detail! I highly recommend crystal and I’ll never use another company for my floor cleaning needs. At first I was optimistic about hiring someone to clean my flooring , I spent hundreds of dollars on industrial machines thinking it would do the trick .I even bought a Kirby with the shampooing attachments which the salesman promised me it could take out any stain out. I am ecstatic with the service that we received from Crystal, she is genuine and honestly cares about the service she provides for her customers. She went above and beyond and thoroughly explained every step of the process and why she takes these steps in cleaning our carpets. She never once skimped on our service, everything was completed with 100% attention to detail. She removed the embarrassing pet stains in our carpets left by the previous homeowners that another local company couldn’t get out. She also took the time to steam out some red spots that again the other company couldn’t phase. Her prices BEAT the prices of the competition and she works twice as hard and provides better results.

Saw an ad on Facebook about Crystal Clean and gave them a call. Crystal was super nice and was able to work with my schedule. I had three rooms done, hallway, and living room rug . Crystal was prompt, professional, and I was very pleased with how my carpets looked. I would recommend her to anyone and I will be using her in the future.

My wife and I just bought a new place and we were planning on replacing the carpets. We found out about crystal clean flooring though, so we thought we would try it out. The carpets are amazing they even got the red stains out and saved us thousands of dollars compared to replacing.

Crystal was awesome from the estimate until our carpets were finished. We had three rooms plus hallway and were a little nervous because of the dogs making messes in the house. Not only did she pretreat the stains, she cleaned and then got another machine, and went back over the carpets! The rooms are now fresh and look 1000x better. We will definitely be regular customers

Expecting a baby soon and wanted a clean carpet! Was skeptical when I called because all I have is 1 carpet room. This company gave us the best deal! It was cheaper then getting a rug doctor and best of all I didn’t have to shampoo it myself! They were able to get out the pet smell from our dog, makeup that my 2 year old got all over the carpet and also traffic stains! It looks brand new and is even fluffy again!
