Crystal was awesome from the estimate until our carpets were finished. We had three rooms plus hallway and were a little nervous because of the dogs making messes in the house. Not only did she pretreat the stains, she cleaned and then got another machine, and went back over the carpets! The rooms are now fresh and look 1000x better. We will definitely be regular customers
