I am ecstatic with the service that we received from Crystal, she is genuine and honestly cares about the service she provides for her customers. She went above and beyond and thoroughly explained every step of the process and why she takes these steps in cleaning our carpets. She never once skimped on our service, everything was completed with 100% attention to detail. She removed the embarrassing pet stains in our carpets left by the previous homeowners that another local company couldn’t get out. She also took the time to steam out some red spots that again the other company couldn’t phase. Her prices BEAT the prices of the competition and she works twice as hard and provides better results.
